Stamp Pad Dye Black

This raised stamp pad is dye based rather than pigmented. Dye based inks tend to soak in and stain paper; while pigmented inks "sit" on top of paper. Both types are permanent but they both act a little differently. This black pad is filled with fade resistant quick drying acid free ink. It''s also non-toxic!
