Security

Here at Cork Art Supplies, we take security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, and when you place your order you will be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Customers who have previously registered on Cork Art Supplies will be able to login to Cardz 'n' Scrapz using the same login details that they used on Cork Art Supplies.

Item Description

Cork Art Supplies takes great care with the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Cork Art Supplies cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Order Errors & Additions

NB: If you have spotted an error in your order (eg, a product you did not want) or if you would like to add extra products, please PHONE us as soon as possible, do not email. You can contact us on  +353 (0) 21 4277488 or +353 (0) 21 4223957.

Payment

We accept all the major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Laser, and Maestro cards.  We also accept cheques and postal orders to the value of your order. Please contact us regarding this method of payment. Please note that payment will be made through Cork Art Supplies. We accept One4All vouchers instore, but unfortunately these cannot be used online.

* We do not accept swipe-only Maestro cards or American Express.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices on this site are quoted in and include VAT.

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.

Items marked "web only special" denote prices which are available to webstore orders only - these prices are not available at our retail store.

Minimum Order Value

Presently the minimum order value is €15.00 inclusive of VAT. If you wish to place an order below this value, you can contact us by telephone or email, however please note that items purchased in this way may be slightly more expensive than the webstore price.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Goods out of stock & Bulk Buying

To prevent disappointment and delays in receiving orders, CardznScrapz.com now only allows you to order only what is in stock.

 Cork Art Supplies stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items.  If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. We strive to ensure our stock counts are 100% accurate but errors can occur.

Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.

If you wish to order larger quantities than those available, please leave a note in the comments section and we can contact you about it.

Shipping

For all our Irish residents, orders are only €3.00!

We aim to have all orders shipped same working day if the order is placed before 1.00 pm and provided all items in the order are in stock.

Shipping for all our orders are handled using  An Post.

All orders shipped with An Post Couriers will be delivered during business hours. An Post couriers require a signature for every parcel delivered, so it is essential that someone is at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different to your billing address, please set up an additional shipping address when placing your order.

It is absolutely esssential to provide a correct phone number which you are contactable on. You may enter two or more numbers by seperating them as follows: home number/mobile number.

All WebOrders may be tracked online using a tracking link which we will give you when we ship your order.

Unfortunately instore pickup of orders from our webstore is not available.

For U.K. customers, shipping is a flat rate of €8.95 (provided it weighs under 25kg). All orders over  €150 qualify for FREE shipping! Delivery dates range from 3-4 working days.

At Cork Art Supplies, we believe that businesses can inspire solutions to the environmental crisis. We are firm believers in recycling and reusing, and where possible we try to recycle/reuse boxes and packaging. We would also encourage our customers to further recycle boxes and packaging by either reusing or recycling. 

* Recycling 1 tonne of paper and cardboard saves approximately 12 trees, 2.5 barrels of oil, 4100kw of electricity, 4 cubic metres of landfill, and 31,370 litres of water.   

Refunds & Returns

If you find a product unsuitable please contact Cork Art Supplies as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.

If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.  Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or mal-functioning.

In the instance that the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us before sending it back and we will send an appropriate shipping label for returns.
