Embossing Powder Clear Creates a raised effect on stamped images.
Instructions:
Stamp project with slow-drying pigment ink. Sprinkle over image before ink dries. Tap off excess powder and return to jar. Melt powder with heat tool (toaster, Anitas Heat-It-Up! Tool...etc).
